Program Information/Requirements:

THREE YEAR OLD PROGRAM
Cost: $50.00 non-refundable fee due at registration ($30.00 applied to tuition & $20.00 applied to the supply fee for the year) *$30.00 due for Sept. tuition / $60.00 per month October - May
Sessions: Tuesday/Thursday (8:30 -11:00 a.m.) OR (12:30 - 3:00 p.m.
Class Limit: 8 students per session.
Age: Must be 3 years old by Sept. 10 of the current year.
Documents required upon acceptance: Birth Certificate and Immunization Record.

FOUR YEAR OLD PROGRAM
Cost: $50.00 non-refundable fee due at registration ($30.00 applied to tuition & $20.00 applied to the supply fee for the year) *$55.00 due for Sept. tuition / $85.00 per month October - May
Sessions: Mon./Wed/Fri. (8:30 - 11:00 a.m.) OR (12:30 - 3:00 p.m.) Class Limit: 12 students per session
Age: Must be 4 years old by Sept. 10 of the current year.
Documents required upon acceptance: Birth Certificate and Immunization Record.

Additional Information: Because we can only accept a limited number of students, a committee will review the completed forms in February and notification of acceptance will be sent by mail. For those accepted, the non-refundable fee of $50.00 will be applied to tuition ($30.00) and to the supply fee for the year ($20.00). A refund will be made to those who are not accepted, unless they wish to remain on the waiting list. Please note: those families who already have a student in our school or who belong to Our Lady of Lourdes Parish will be given special consideration for acceptance.
